Virtual Machine Gateway (UT-VMG) Degradation
RESOLVED: UT-VMG local host storage issue
A host in the UT-VMG self-service cluster is experiencing an issue that appears similar to the one that occurred on 6/6/2018. Attempts to evacuate the virtual machines host have been unsuccessful. Sample VMs on the host appear to be functional at the moment but a hard reboot will likely be required. Before that occurs, we are going to open a high severity case with vendor support while the issue is ongoing and appears not to have a high impact. No ITS services, other than UT-VMG itself, will be impacted. Impacted departmental customers will be contacted shortly.
