The Texas Development IT Operations Service Desk provides a central point of contact for help with a variety of University Development Office (UDO) products and services.

VIP-
VIP is UT Austin's database and central repository of alumni, donor, and constituent data.
Access is limited to UT personnel with job duties that require access to alumni and/or donor records.

Texas Development is supported by both Central IT Service Desk as well as the ADO IT Operations Team.
