We are committed to educating and supporting our customers, and one another.
The Service Desk is dedicated to serving the support needs of the University in a professional and informative manner. We aim to resolve incidents and requests quickly to get the University back to work and class. The scope of work includes EID, Duo, VPN, network connectivity, Office 365, email, Qualtrics, Box, Canvas, Zoom, and partner referrals, including vendors, desktop support, and other services.
