If you need to create a ticket for someone without an EID (or who doesn't know their EID), you can use the Guest User account. On the Incident or Request form, enter guest in the Requested By and/or Requested For fields. Select Guest User to complete the field(s).

You can add the customer's email address to the Watchlist to ensure they get all appropriate communications from the ticket.
