How can I find my secure message if I lost track of the notification email?
All messages available to you are linked to at your Secure Message Inbox.
I received email notification of a secure message but the message is not available to me:
Please contact the sender for assistance. It is likely that he/she had your email address correct but your UT EID incorrect.
I want to see a secure message that has expired:
So as not to compromise security, secure messages are deleted when expired and cannot be reconstituted or reviewed. The best option here is to contact the sender and have him/her resend the message.
