RESOLVED: IT Lists delivery interruption 05:04 - 08:04 Friday 10/19

UT Lists message delivery was interrupted between 05:04 and 08:04 a.m. this morning Friday 10/19. Messages sent during this period encountered permanent delivery failures from a downstream mail transfer agent and cannot be recovered. Normal message delivery resumed at 8:05. Approximately 66 mailing lists were affected by this issue. ITS Systems staff continue to investigate and will reach out to affected list owners later today.

Latest Update: 2019-01-12 06:02:26 - All affected list owners have received notification of the impact of this issue on their specific lists. A root cause has been tentatively identified and a workaround has been applied to the downstream mail devices to reduce the likelihood of a recurrence.
