RESOLVED: Internet Reachability Problems

Post Public: Monitors report sporadic loss of Internet connectivity to some external sites between 1:16am and 2:35am on 12/8/2016. Overall traffic level were minimally impacted. These problems appear related to reports by the university's upstream service provider (Office of Telecommunications Services) of instability with its equipment which has since resolved.
