RESOLVED: Apple Device ActiveSync Issues

ITS has received reports of some fully-updated Apple devices having difficulty synchronizing via ActiveSync. After consultation with the Information Security Office, ITS has implemented a temporary work-around that should allow impacted Apple devices to synchronize normally. This may require closing the app or rebooting the device to take effect. Please contact the UT Service Desk if problems persist after taking these actions.



Latest Update: 2019-01-12 06:02:26 - ITS has not received any additional reports of devices being unable to synchronize successfully after the work-around was implemented. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working to develop a permanent resolution.
