RESOLVED: Delivery backlog in Cisco Cloud Email Security
Cisco Cloud Email Security (CES, aka "IronPorts in the cloud"), has been experiencing delivery backlogs since 8:00 this morning. Cisco announced an emergency maintenance of CES at 8:02 this morning, which probably explains the backlogs. All 12 of our email security appliances were affected, but only three are still showing backlogs. No mail is being lost, only delayed. ITS Systems personnel are monitoring the situation and will send updates when we have them.
Latest Update: 2019-01-12 06:02:26 - Although it took longer than anticipated, the last ESA finished draining its backlog at 1:50 PM. This incident is now resolved.
