RESOLVED: Dev/QA Oracle Exadata Connection Issues

Customers may be experiencing connectivity issues to Oracle databases running on one of the Dev/QA Exadata database nodes. This impacts Dev/QA databases and does not impact production databases. Dev/QA RAC database are running on the secondary node and have always been accessible. All single instance Dev/QA RAC One Node databases are being started on the second node. ITS Staff is investigating.
