RESOLVED: Multiple Outages

The storage system has remained stable since it was returned to full service after the outage on 7/18/2019.  The vendor has now identified the root cause and is working to provide a permanent fix in their next regular software update that will be released within the next month.   Based on the vendor’s analysis, they have high confidence that the configuration changes already implemented have mitigated future potential issues.  The version of the workaround that is currently in place will be included in that permanent fix.  Both the vendor and ITS staff continue to monitor the storage system with the vendor providing regular status updates.   Visit the ServiceNow website for a current status of alerts and outages: https://ut.service-now.com/sp?id=services_status
