RESOLVED: UT Voice Mail Email Notification Delays

Email notification of voice mail messages is experiencing delays, sometime of several hours. Also, the subject line says "Unknown caller" even for campus calls. A major case has been opened with the vendor.

Latest Update: 2019-01-12 06:02:23 - Re: email notification delays: The problem was identified outside of UT Voice Mail (UTVM). This issue has been resolved. Unknown caller display is still an ongoing issues and a separate outage has been created.
