RESOLVED: Mainframe issues
We are seeing numerous issues with mainframe applications that seem primarily to be affecting TN3270 users, in some cases preventing logons. ITS staff are investigating the issues.
Latest Update: 2017-09-12 15:27:16 - The issues for TN3270 users have been resolved by recycling the services that manage those sessions. Similar issues appeared for sessions that support web applications, so they were recycled as well. We believe this incident is resolved, but will continue close monitoring. Root causes will continue to be investigated.
