Resolved: UTDirect intermittent service degradation

There have been reports of slow response from UTDirect applications, including Course Registration which continues through tomorrow. Other than the very high levels of activity expected during Registration, no cause has been determined. ITS staff will continue to monitor and investigate this issue.
