RESLOLVED: UT-Virtual (UT-V) - Storage Latency Event

At approximately 10:20 a.m. a storage array supporting the UT-Virtual (UT-V) service experienced a latency spike. Operations have returned to normal but ITS is investigating.

Latest Update: 2019-01-12 06:02:18 - Operations have returned to normal. The Storage team has identified the issue causing the short several minute storage latency spike. A fix has been identified by the vendor and the storage team will work to implement that fix at the beginning of January. If any customer experiences a storage latency/performance event prior to the fix implementation, please contact the UT Service Desk @ 512-475-9400 to report the issue.
