ID Center

 

We are committed to educating and supporting our customers, and one another.

The ID Center, provides proximity-enabled ID cards for students, faculty, staff, official visitors and university affiliates as required. The ID Center also upgrades UT EIDs for eligible individuals to allow full access to online services.

COVID-19 Operations

 

EID Upgrades

If you will NOT be on campus (and therefore will not need a UT ID Card), please verify whether your EID has already been upgraded. If it hasn’t, you may submit a request online and an ID Center representative will contact you to schedule a video call appointment and obtain your signature on the EID Agreement form using DocuSign.

 
 

ID Cards

If you WILL be on campus and need an ID Card, please visit the ID Center on the first floor of the Flawn Academic Center (FAC)during business hours. Your EID will be upgraded at the same time you receive your ID Card so you DO NOT need to also submit a request for an EID upgrade.
