DocuSign is a cloud-based service that empowers faculty and staff at The University of Texas at Austin to electronically sign various kinds of documents and streamline a number of administrative workflows. DocuSign has been identified as the accepted electronic signing solution for the campus and various use cases will continue to emerge as the service usage expands.

    Requests must be made by a DocuSign Unit Contact (DUC). If you are not sure who your DUC is you can look them up on the DocuSign Unit Contact (DUC) list

    If a DUC for your unit does not appear on the list or if you have other questions please contact

    • Can be used to electronically sign documents for University business.
    • Manage documents sent from your account.
    • Personalize your signature.

    DocuSign is available at no cost to current faculty and staff.

    Service Level Objectives

    Routine requests are typically addressed within one business day.  
    UT Service Desk staff may escalate requests as needed.
