Requests will be routed to the support groups associated to the following CSUs (College, Schools, Units):

- Dean Of Students
- Department of Electrical Engineering
- Jackson School of Geosciences
- McCombs School of Business
- Office of the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
- University Health Services
- University Unions
Any other CSUs using this form will be routed to the UT Service Desk where your request will either be resolved, routed or referred.
