    Jira is a cloud-based software product that helps teams plan, assign, track, report, and manage work. This includes functionality specifically designed to support software development and project management, including agile methodologies.  Jira is highly customizable and can be tailored to fit a wide variety of tracking and reporting needs.

    Jira Cloud subscriptions are available through Jira’s vendor, Atlassian.  UT does not provide Jira service or product support.  However, the ITS Atlassian Cloud Access team can offer input on Atlassian Cloud offerings, integration with university authentication, and setup.     • Custom workflows 
    • Advanced reporting options - by issue, user and project
