Reporting a Stolen Device
For stolen University owned computers and devices, please complete the follow steps:
1. Reset your EID and UTMail passwords. The ITS Service Desk can assist, if needed: https://its.utexas.edu/contact
2. Report the stolen device to the UT Police Department as soon as possible at (512) 471-4441.
3. Fill out the ISO Stolen Equipment Notification (https://forms.security.utexas.edu/misc/theft).
