The IT Service Catalog structure in ServiceNow categorizes services first under a broad Service Category and then under a narrower Subcategory. The tables below provide descriptions of each of the top-level categories and corresponding subcategories underneath them. These tables may be used to help service owners understand where in the catalog to place new services.
