A number of services are inaccessible from the "utguest" Wi-Fi network. To remove "utguest" from you device's wireless profile see these articles:
University of Texas System policy prohibits use of the "utguest" Wi-Fi network by students, faculty, staff or affiliates. Therefore a number of university services are inaccessible from "utguest", and "utguest" has been limited in functionality and speed. Students, faculty, staff and affiliates should utilize the faster, full function and secure "utexas" or "utexas-iot" Wi-Fi networks to access these and other resources while on campus.
Visitors needing access to these services while on campus may need to use cellular or VPN services to reach them.
