When attempting to access a web-based application that is protected by Enterprise Authentication, you receive the following error message:

Enterprise Authentication was unable to identify a compatible way to respond to the requested application.

This error indicates that the web application is misconfigured and cannot currently be used with Enterprise Authentication.

 

If you are the developer of this web application, please contact your assigned Integration Engineer or Integration Manager for assistance.

If you are not the developer of this web application, please inform the developer of this error.

If you do not know who to contact, you may contact your local IT support or the UT Service Desk for assistance with determining the departmental sponsor or developer.
