If you encounter an issue that appears to be below the guest operating system and impacts multiple VMs or a critical service, please email firstname.lastname@example.org describing the issue and impacted VMs.
Then call the Service Desk at 512-475-9400. Ask to escalate immediately to a member of the UT-VMG team.
If it is after hours at the Service Desk, you can select the option to be transferred to the University Data Center Operators (or call 512-471-0007 directly). Indicate that there is a potential UT-VMG issue and ask them to reach out to the call list.
