Unable to edit custom filters
There is a known issue with the current List version in ServiceNow that prevents fulfillers from editing their saved filters. This functionality was available previously.
ServiceNow currently has no plans to fix the issue, though they may address it in one of their upcoming annual releases.
The UT ServiceNow team is investigating whether reverting to an older version of List will resolve the issue without causing problems elsewhere in the system.
In the meantime, the filter editing functionality will not be available. New filters can be created as a workaround.
