Maintenance
- The ThousandEyes product is maintained by the external vendor ThousandEyes.
- Their service is regularly updated to allow for growth, improvement and correct any issues through patches and new releases.
- Customers must expect routine maintenance to be scheduled periodically to comply with new standards and updates.
- Maintenance is usually scheduled on alternating Tuesdays, starting at 6 PM, Pacific time, but may also occur at other times (emergency maintenance).

Monitoring
There are two parts to the Web Application Monitoring service, each with their own unique method of status monitoring:
