ThousandEyes Alert Priorities

ThousandEyes alert priorities allow you to decide what level of service you would like to receive from ThousandEyes.

 Priority Alerting

  • Customized Alerts
  • Access into web console

When an alert is being created, you will be able to specify a custom message.

Read-only access to the web console to review graphs, reports, waterfall information, and adjust snapshots.

An alert will be defined based on customer criteria that will open incidents in ServiceNow each time the alert is triggered. One or more alerts will be defined based on customer criteria that will open incidents in ServiceNow.

Alerts will be configured with thresholds and specific criteria to look for a trend or emerging issue to avoid contact if a service is "flapping" or "flooding".

Operators will follow the defined contact list when a ServiceNow ticket is created based on alert criteria.
