ThousandEyes alert priorities allow you to decide what level of service you would like to receive from ThousandEyes.

When an alert is being created, you will be able to specify a custom message.
Read-only access to the web console to review graphs, reports, waterfall information, and adjust snapshots.

Alerts will be configured with thresholds and specific criteria to look for a trend or emerging issue to avoid contact if a service is "flapping" or "flooding".
Operators will follow the defined contact list when a ServiceNow ticket is created based on alert criteria. |
