1. Once the survey has been created, click on the “Edit Survey” Tab and click the “Survey Flow” link
2. Click the “Add a New Element Here” link
3. Choose “Authenticator”
4. Select “SSO” for the authentication type
5. For the “SSO Type”, choose Shibboleth
6. Click the “Move” link and put the authenticator to the top of the survey
7. Move the block(s) for the survey underneath the authenticator
8. Click “Save Flow”
