Mainframe Knowledge Articles can be located within Service Now by following the steps outlined below:


  1. In the Service Now banner click on the Information Technology link 
  2. From the resulting drop-down list, locate and choose Software & Applications
  3. Scroll down to the Mainframe section
  4. Select the Mainframe service for which you need assistance to be taken to that Service page
  5. Under the Self Help you will have the following categories which you can expand to see various knowledge articles
  • Getting Started
  • Service Management
  • DPU Only - EID login required
  • Faculty and Staff Only - EID login required
