There are two ways to update the Owner on a Knowledge Base:
- The current Owner can update to a new owner on the Knowledge Base Settings
- A user with Knowledge Manager or Contribute permissions on the base can submit a request to the ServiceNow team
To add or remove Knowledge Managers on a Knowledge Base:
- The Knowledge Base Owner can add or remove Knowledge Managers on the Knowledge Base Settings
