How to transfer an existing Pantheon site to the University of Texas at Austin workspace
Pantheon "organizations" are now referred to as "workspaces." For purposes of understanding, these terms are functionally identical.
In order to launch a site with a paid site plan under UT Austin's centrally billed contract, the site dashboard needs to have been created within the "University of Texas at Austin" workspace.
If a site was originally created outside of the "University of Texas at Austin," it must be transferred before the launch process can proceed.
When you are ready to transfer an existing Pantheon site to the UT Austin organization, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name and URL of the site dashboard. ITS staff will request the transfer from Pantheon support. The individual listed as the "user in charge" for the site will need to confirm that they approve the request via email with Pantheon.
