Trouble Logging into Adobe Connect with Google Chrome

Issue/Request

  • When trying to log into Adobe Connect using Google Chrome the page appears to re-load and does not allow you to move past the login screen

 

Solution

Option One

Clear your cookies and cache for Google Chrome, please see - Clear Cookies and Cache

 

Option Two

In the Chrome browser access the content settings in the URL bar (chrome://settings/content)

Click on "Flash" to access Flash settings (chrome://settings/content/flash)

Enable setting "Ask First (Recommended)"

Under "Allow" setting click "Add"

In the "Add a Site" dialog box, enter the following: [*.]meeting.austin.utexas.edu

 

Option Three

Use a different web browser
