UTVM's dial-by-name feature is of limited use.  The Graphic User Interface (GUI, or web login) displays either the name or the phone number (but not both*) associated with calls.  UTVM mailboxes display the phone number by default.  Subscribers may add their name information via the GUI, making their accounts available for dial-by-name, but their messages left for other subscribers will no longer display their phone number.
 
*A feature development request to display both name and phone number was accepted by the vendor.  The GUI will be updated in a future software release (no ETA yet).
