 To check the status of a ticket (incident or request):

Log in to with EID credentials

  • Your open/completed incidents and requests will appear under My Tickets
  • Incidents are listed with INC prefix; catalog items from requests are labeled with RITM prefix

  • Click the ticket name to view additional information and/or make updates to the ticket
