Getting Started with Training (Onboarding)
Due to limited bandwidth on the ServiceNow team, we cannot provide full in-person training for every new team that onboards into ServiceNow.
New teams onboarding into ServiceNow are encouraged to use our online training resources and extensive knowledge base.
If there are still questions or concerns related to using ServiceNow within your team's specific processes, you can submit a request for a Q&A session with a ServiceNow trainer. These sessions are not intended to take the place of basic fulfiller training, but can be used as a compliment to it.
