Subscribing to a Mailing List

To subscribe to a mailing list:

  1. Go to UT Lists.
  2. Hover over the Search for List(s) tab at the top of the page and choose Index of Lists.

  3. Select the list you want to subscribe to.
  4. Select the Subscribe link, then confirm that you really want to subscribe to that list.

  5. Enter your email address and name (optional), then click I subscribe to list <listname>.

Note: If you have already logged on to UT Lists, the process is the same, but you will not be asked to enter your email address.

You may or may not receive an email confirming your subscription to a particular list. This depends on how the list owners have configured the list.

If a list is private, it cannot be seen by anyone other than the list owner and existing list subscribers. To subscribe to a private list, you must be invited by the list owner.
