Removing Single or Several Subscribers

You can remove a single subscriber, or several subscribers:

1. Log on to UT Lists and select your list from the My Lists option.

   

2. Select the Admin link from your left hand menu.
3. Under the section titled Casual Administration, select Manage Subscribers.
4. Check the users you want to delete, then click the Delete Selected Email Addresses button.

Note: Checking the Quiet option suppresses the automatic unsubscribe message

Removing All Subscribers

Caution: These steps will remove all subscribers from your mailing list.

1. Log on to UT Lists and select your list from the My Lists option.

   

2. Select the Admin link from your left hand menu.
3. Under the section titled Casual Administration, select Manage Subscribers.
4. In the Page Size field (bottom of page), select a number greater than the total number of list subscribers. This will show all of your subscribers.

    

5. Select the Toggle Selection button. A check mark should appear next to each email address.
6. Select the Delete selected email addresses button.

Note: Checking the Quiet option suppresses the automatic unsubscribe message.
