Adding Subscribers

Depending on how your list is configured, subscribers may request to be added to your list, you may add them yourself, or both. To add subscribers yourself:

  1. Log on to UT Lists and select the My Lists option.

  2. Select the Review members link under the list you want to add subscribers for.
  3. If you want to add a single subscriber, enter the subscriber's email address in the first box labeled To add an individual user.
  4. If you want to add multiple subscribers, click the Multiple add button, enter each person's email address and name (optional), then click the Add Subscribers button.
  5. If you don't want new subscribers to receive the automatic welcome message, select the Quiet option.

    Note: Be sure there are no spaces in front of the subscribers' email addresses. This can happen if you are pasting email addresses from another source.
