You do not have to use an authorization code to call an "800" number from Class A or B campus phones. Using an authorization code will cause you to be billed for the call.

What You Do What You Hear
1) Lift the handset from the cradle. Dial Tone
2) 9 + 1 + area code + number. Ringing

Note: Any 3-digit toll-free number will work (e.g., "800", "888", etc.).
