Select Menu, 3, 1, 8 and select Yes.  This will reboot a Polycom Soundstation model phone. 

If you have a phone that does not have a menu button, select the House button, Settings, 1, 8 and select Yes.  This will reboot a Polycom VVX model phone.

If you are still experiencing problems, contact your desktop support.
