ITS offers specific VoIP sets for purchase that will work with UT-Austin's telephone switch. Any non-UT standard sets will not be configured.
Sets may be ordered with or separately from new telephone service requests. See Polycom_Sets to determine which approved sets meets your needs. Follow instructions under Voice Telephone Services section below for ordering.
