Visual Studio Subscriptions, formerly known as Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) subscriptions, along with other server and desktop products not already licensed under the Microsoft Campus Agreement, can be purchased from Dell under the Microsoft Academic Select Plus Agreement. To purchase these products, you will need to contact the designated Dell Sales Representative for your campus. If you are unsure of your contact, you can contact ITS Software Distribution and Sales (ITS SDS) for direction. 

Once a subscription is purchased, the purchaser must contact ITS SDS in order for the subscription to be registered to the end-user. You will need to forward proof of license (Dell Order Number and/or PO Number) and the full name and system email address to software@its.utexas.edu.
