- On the left side of the window several filters are available, to search by owner scroll to "Owned By" and check an owner listed below to apply the filter.
- When doing tasks, the deployments tab will show a progress meter, however you may need to refresh the page.
- You may log out using the drop down menu off of your account name at the top right of the page.
Credentials
All users to the UT-VMG service are based on AUSTIN Active Directory logins.
Those logins are associated with AD security groups which associate people with Projects (Formerly called Business Groups) in the product. A user may be associated with multiple projects, e.g. a department may have multiple projects for administration, research, etc... and users in those groups would be allowed to manage VMs in all the groups they belong to.
Logging In
Upon visiting the UT-VMG Self-Service Interface you will see the landing page, click on "Go To Login Page" to proceed to login.
This will take you to the standard ADFS login screen.
After this completes select "Service Broker" to continue.

If you are going to be using the service from a "shared" or "public" web browser, either:
-
- Use the "Logout" link at the top right of the page, and quit the web browser when you are done, or
- Before logging in choose a New Private Window (Firefox), New Incognito Window (Chrome), enable Private Browsing (Safari) before logging in to the UT-VMG service. Then when you're done, close that window.
