Enabling and Disabling a Departmental User Account

Note: You must be a Department OU Owner to enable or disable accounts.


  1. Log in to the Department User Tools.

  2. Click on Set Status / Description from the left pane.

  3. Select the user's OU from the Select a Departmental OU drop-down.

  4. Select the user in the Current OU Users list. The user's details including the current account status is displayed below the list of users.

  5. Click the Enable User or Disable User button to toggle the account status.
