Changing an Account's Password

Note: You can only change a password for an account that you have claimed.


  1. Log in to the Department User Tools.

  2. Click Change Account Password from the left pane.

  3. Select the user from the Accounts claimed by you list.
    If you have not claimed any accounts, you can review the accounts that have been assigned to you and claim an account (click Claim Account from the left pane.)

  4. Enter a password for the user in the Enter New Password and Confirm New Password fields.

  5. Click the Set Password button.
