You can check charges for your ITS services at any time by visiting the Bevo Bucks page (students), ITS prepaid account page (faculty, staff, and retirees), or the What I Owe page (all).

Students

For students, ITS recommends using your Bevo Bucks account to pay for your ITS services. However, certain services must be paid for using the What I Owe page, and you can choose how to pay for Austin services.

• Printing and Unix services. Printing is automatically paid for using Bevo Bucks. If you have sufficient funds in your Bevo Bucks account, you should be able to print. If you use Unix services, these are also automatically charged to your Bevo Bucks account.

• Resnet. Charges for printing automatically appear on the What I Owe page, and you must pay for them there.

• Windows Account Services. You can choose whether to have these services paid for from your Bevo Bucks account or from the What I Owe page. Please specify how you want to pay when you sign up for these services.

If the balance in your Bevo Bucks account is insufficient, unpaid charges will be posted to the What I Owe page. Until you have paid the charges, access to your account will be denied. If charges are not paid in sufficient time, your files may be deleted. (See Failure to Pay.)

Faculty, Staff, and Retirees

For faculty, staff and retirees, ITS recommends using your ITS prepaid account to pay for your ITS services. However, Telesys must be paid for using the What I Owe page, and you can choose how to pay for Austin services.

• Printing and Unix services. Printing is automatically paid for using your ITS prepaid account. If you have sufficient funds in your ITS prepaid account, you should be able to print. If you use Unix services, these are also automatically charged to your ITS prepaid account.

• Telesys. Charges for Telesys automatically appear on the What I Owe page, and you must pay for them there.

• Austin Services. You can choose whether to have Austin services paid for from your ITS prepaid account or from the What I Owe page. Please specify how you want to pay when you sign up for these services.

Paying Your Bill

Amounts that you authorize for Bevo Bucks and IT prepaid accounts are billed through the What I Owe page. Once a bill has appeared in the What I Owe page, you may pay it in the following ways:

• Pay on the Web using your credit card or electronic file transfers. Go to the What I Owe page and log in with your UT EID and password.

• Pay in person using cash, check, or credit card. Payments are accepted in the Bursar's Office, MAI 8.

• Pay by mail, and make a check or money order payable to "The University of Texas at Austin." Remember to write your UT ID number (found on your ID card) on the check. Include a notation that payment is for ITS charges.

  Caution: If you have been warned that your services will be cut off for non-payment on a given date, payments sent by mail may not arrive in time to prevent the cutoff.
