If you have accidentally triggered your keypad or other alarmed device, attempt to disarm the alarm, then call the UTPD at (512) 471-4441. You will be asked your name and PIC.
Note: Anyone who may need to call UTPD concerning alarms must choose a personal identification code (PIC) and submit it to their supervisor. This code is delivered to the UTPD and kept on file for identification purposes.
