With standard "Meet-Me" teleconferences, each conferee dials in to a local number to participate and pays for his or her own long distance charges.

After you have scheduled your teleconference, you will be assigned a local number for conferees to call. You may then notify each participant of the time of the conference and the number to dial. Callers may come and go during the conference.

Note: The first person who dials in to a "Meet-Me" teleconference will hear a constant ring tone until the next person dials in.

How to Order

Call Teleconference Operator Services at 512-232-CONF (2663) to schedule. You will be asked for the following information:

Please schedule at least a day in advance if possible.

***Note that this still functions but has been almost completely supplanted by MS Teams, or Zoom meetings.
