Finding Workers with Missing Mail Codes in Workday

To find workers with missing Mailo Codes in Workday, HR Partners can run the Missing Mail Codes for Employees - RPT0290 report in Workday. The report returns a list of active workers missing a mail code, their supervisory organization, a list of their current supporting HR Partners, location, and work address.  

To add or update a Worker's Mail Code in Workday, start from the Worker's Profile.

  1. Select Job from the left-hand menu
  2. Select the Additional Data tab from the top menu
  3. Select Edit under Campus Mail Code
  4. Enter Campus Mail Code OR select from the drop-down list
  5. Select Ok
  6. Select Done
