I have a noon-to-noon flex work schedule. How do I account for hours worked on my flex day in Workday?
In Workday, employees see their flex day (Friday or Monday) at the beginning and at the end of the week. Because the day breaker on their flex day is noon rather than midnight, non-exempt and exempt workers on these alternate schedules must record hours worked on a flex day as indicated below.
Non-exempt Employees (eligible for overtime)
Exempt Employees (not eligible for overtime)
Hours worked - Time must be entered as indicated below because Workday breaks up the day at Noon instead of Midnight and won’t allow Exempt employees to record time from midnight to noon on the flex day.
